• Unit 3: Managing - the focus of this case study is on the skill set required to successfully manage a growing business. It illustrates how management skills and activities can be applied on a day-to-day basis to facilitate that development. More specifically, we see how a change in leadership style can represent a key step in managing corporate growth.
