Shannon Development has bought 25 acres in Roscrea, Co Tipperary, to build a business park. More than £2 million will be invested in the first phase. The business park will be capable of accommodating 250,000 sq ft of industrial and office space and has potential to generate 1,500 extra jobs in Tipperary town.
