The Irish arm of accountancy firm PricewaterhouseCoopers has sold its PwC Registrars subsidiary to the British share registration group IRG for an undisclosed sum. PwC Registrars provides share registration services for over 20 Irish public companies, including two companies with the largest number of shareholders, First Active and Irish Life & Permanent.
