The UK Competition Commission is seeking to make the UK pay-TV movie market more competitive after it found BSkyB’s Sky was restricting competition.

Sky had an incumbency advantage, it said, with a large subscriber base which meant potential rivals were unable to bid successfully for first subscription rights for pay-TV movies. – (Reuters)
