Kingspan Group has expanded its British building products business with the acquisition of Interlink Holdings for an initial £6 million sterling (£7 million). A further £1.5 million sterling will be paid if profit targets are met for the three years to December 2000.

Interlink manufactures and supplies metal ancillaries to the construction industry. The company is based in Lansing, West Sussex and employs 30 people.

Interlink had sales of £4.5 million sterling in the year to last December and operating profits of £1.6 million sterling.
