Mr Noel Kierans (right) has been appointed as Honorary Consul General of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Educated at UCD and King's Inns, Mr Kierans is the founder of Pension Systems Ltd and acts as an adviser and consultant in the corporate benefit retirement area. He is a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers in Ireland and of the International Pension and Employee Benefits Lawyers' Association.
