Office space for companies entering the International Financial Services Centre (IFSC) is becoming critically scarce, DTZ Sherry Fitzgerald, the international property advisers have said.

"The shortage is adversely impacting on the availability of office accommodation in prime Dublin areas as licensed IFSC companies are forced to seek office space away from the centre as a temporary measure", says the company.
