The exploration company, Ennex, has announced the completion of the first phase of a test site in the former Soviet republic of Kazakhstan. The test work on the zinc oxide samples in Shaimarden showed that zinc recovery yields were high, the company said. It has an option to acquire a 95 per cent interest in the project by the end of the year.
