The Tour de France has turned into a recherche des affaires perdues for the Dublin City Centre Business Association (DCCBA) because of the disruption from last weekend's bicycle shenanigans.

The association is calling on the Minister for Finance to transfer £1 million to Dublin Corporation so that ratepayers "are not forced to pay through increases in the rates initiated by the Minister for Tourism's actions".
