Director steps down

Irish Life plc has announced that Mr David Davies has stepped down as a non-executive director of the company. According to a company statment, Mr Davies' decision was prompted by pressure on his time from business interests, including his role in the UK as chairman and chief executive of Johnson Matthey plc and chairman of Sketchley plc.
