Waterford Crystal has appointed Ms Jean Callanan as director of sales and marketing.

Prior to joining Waterford, Ms Callanan held a number of senior marketing positions with the Unilever organisation in Europe and South America. Most recently she worked as marketing director for Kibon, an ice cream subsidiary of Unilever Argentina.

Prior to joining Unilever, Ms Callanan was a senior brand manager with Guinness Ireland, having responsibility for Harp and Satzenbrau.

A native of Dublin, Ms Callanan is a graduate of UCD and the College of Europe in Bruges.
