Savills has secured €845,000 at auction for a retail investment at 241 Swords Road in north Dublin. Loman Dempsey of the agency had been guiding €650,000/€700,000 for the two-storey building which has a pharmacy at ground floor level and offices overhead bringing a total rent of €75,000 per annum.
