The Irish development company Ardale Property has lodged a planning application to redevelop the former Crossan |Motors site beside the Tesco Extra store at Clare Hall shopping centre on the Malahide Road in north Dublin.
The plans include a 2,000sq m (2,152sq m) convenience store at first floor level and a 75-space car park at ground level.
