With its business rapidly expanding the international multidiscipline construction consultancy group KMCS has relocated from its long-established base in Rathgar to 54 Northumberland Road, Ballsbridge.

The company, which worked on the Aviva Stadium, will be paying a rent of €220 per sq m (€23.70 per sq ft) for the three-storey over-garden level building which has a floor area of 400sq m.

Owned by a private landlord, No 54 is in extremely good condition.

It was let by Farley Property, while the tenant was advised by Michael Donohoe of Colliers International.
