The high level of Irish interest in the German commercial property market is set to surface on March 2nd next when Colliers Jackson-Stops holds a seminar at the Conrad Hotel in Dublin on investment opportunities in Germany.

Colliers, specialists in the office, retail and residential sectors, will give its assessment of the investment prospects in many of the main centres, including Munich, Dusseldorf, Hamburg and Berlin.

Jonathan Hillyer of Colliers Jackson-Stops said there were already several large requirements for investments in Germany. He expected that Irish private investors and institutions would spend up to €500 million this year on a range of German investment properties.
