OfficeMarket: Leading commercial property law firm, Beauchamps Solicitors, has taken possession of new offices at the Riverside Two office development on Sir John Rogerson's Quay in Dublin's south docks.
The company will occupy 2,555sq m (27,500sq ft), making it an anchor tenant at the development. Few details were available from Beauchamps, which indicated in a statement: "The company has taken a long lease but are not in a position to reveal any further details on this."
Riverside Two is located at the junction of Sir John Rogerson's Quay and Cardiff Street near Grand Canal Harbour in Dublin 2. The six-storey development consists of 7,432sq m (80,000sq ft) and occupies a waterfront location on the south bank of the River Liffey.
Riverside Two was developed by the Riverside Partnership, which includes the Kelly, McCormack, Flynn and Elliot families, and was designed by KMD Architecture. Beauchamps Solicitors has more than 125 employees, and for the last 30 years has been based at Dollard House, Wellington Quay in Dublin 2.
The managing partner of Beauchamps Solicitors, Imelda Reynolds, described the move as very important for the future strategic direction of the company.
"Beauchamps Solicitors has grown considerably over the past few years thanks to the expansion of all departments, as well as the establishment of new practice areas," she said.
"Riverside Two met all our requirements in terms of modern space and location, and we are very much looking forward to playing a part in the development of Dublin's south docks, which is fast becoming Dublin's new legal and professional centre."
