€1.8m for 0.87-acre Phibsboro site

DTZ Sherry FitzGerald is quoting €1.8 million for a redevelopment site extending to 0.87 of an acre at Cross Guns Bridge near Phibsboro in Dublin's north inner city which is to be sold on the instructions of receivers Baker Tilly Ryan Glennon.

The site includes two fully fitted office buildings, one of them extending to 980sq m (10,549sq ft) and currently vacant. A second building with a floor area of 396sq m (4,263sq ft) is let on a short lease at a rent of €77,800. There are also two vacant industrial buildings on the site which is bounded on one side by the Dublin-Sligo railway line.
