An e-business Trust Council which protects small business from online fraud and promotes confidence in Internet use, should be established as a partnership between business, Government, consumer groups and technology specialists, Mr Tom Clarke, president of the Chambers of Commerce of Ireland (CCI) said yesterday. Mr Clarke was speaking at the launch of ChamberSEAL, a new service designed by the CCI to assure customers of the credentials of companies which sell goods on the Internet.
