BWG, the distribution subsidiary of Pernod Ricard, is to purchase the entire share capital of AR Daunt & Co which is part of the Key Lekkerland Group.

BWG chief executive, Mr Leo Crawford, said the acquisition is further evidence of the group's strategy to grow its distribution businesses in the UK.
