British supermarket group Budgens, in which Musgrave has a 28 per cent stake, has extended its Budgens Local chain of independent convenience stores in a deal with Anglia convenience stores. The deal will see Anglia rebrand its 21 stores in East Anglia to the Budgens Local format by the middle of this year.
