Bord na Mona appoints chief

Mr Colm O'Gogβin has been appointed as chief executive of Bord na M≤na Fuels. Mr O'Gogβin was previously operations manager at the company. He succeeds Mr Kyran Hurley, who recently became director of corporate development at Bord na M≤na. Bord na M≤na Fuels, the entity which manufactures and markets Bord na M≤na Peat Briquettes, had a turnover of €106 million (£83.48 million) in the last financial year.
