THAT visit to Ireland a couple of weeks ago by Israeli Prime Minister "Bibi" Netanyahu seemed to go very well - what with lots of photo opportunities for Bibi with Government ministers, and a visit for Mrs Netanyahu and Finola Bruton to the Dublin Jewish Museum.

Suddenly, the lift came to a halt between floors. Mossad men - fearing no doubt an aerial assault on Dublin 4 by Abu Nidal - went into overdrive, climbing out the roof to repel any attackers. After eight minutes at a standstill, panic over and the lift continued up to the fifth floor.
