AUSTRALIAN Provincial Newspapers Holdings (APN), the regional newspaper group in Australia, has formed a 50/50 joint company with Miller Freeman, an international exhibition company. The new company, APN/Miller Freeman Exhibitions, will run trade fairs, exhibitions.
conferences and seminars in Australia and New Zealand. APN is 23 per cent owned by Independent Newspapers and 20 per cent by a Dr O'Reilly family trust.
