Colliers International announces promotions of Dublin staff

Rhona Baker has been appointed associate director, advisory services, a chartered surveyor with more than 20 years’ experience in the property industry, Rhona joined Colliers two years ago from JLL and now runs a team conducting commercial valuations nationwide on behalf of Irish and international institutional and private clients. Rhona has significant valuation expertise in the PRS/multifamily market having valued in excess of €1.2 billion of assets and is also active with landlord and tenant work including rent reviews and lease renewals & restructuring.

Stephen Conway has been appointed associate director, capital markets. Also a chartered surveyor with more than eight years’ experience, Stephen represents numerous international and Irish investors and funds on the acquisition and disposal of investment properties - from €5m to more than €100m. He has advised a broad range of key clients, including; Grant Thornton, Quadoro Doric, Korean Fund JR AMC, Pepper and Allied Irish Banks.

Weldon Mather has been appointed head of hotels & leisure. A chartered global management accountant and experienced hotel asset manager, Weldon was also a former hotel general manager and has over 30 years' experience within the hospitality industry. Within the hotels & leisure industry he specialises in asset management, agency & valuations, development advisory & feasibility.

Gillian O'Keeffe is promoted to head of administration. Gillian joined Colliers three years ago from Ganly Walters and has some 18 years’ experience in the industry. Gillian runs a team supporting some 75 staff across our brokerage, real estate management services and advisory/valuation and L&T businesses.
