Eire OG and Kilmacud Crokes have both made one change to the teams which lined out against one another in the drawn Leinster club final replay in Tullamore six weeks ago.

Willie Quinlan has recovered from the injury which cut short his participation in the original game and forced him to spectate in the replay and he lines out at corner forward for the Carlow side, replacing Joe Hayden.

Robbie Kelleher and the Kilmacud selectors have opted to retain the services of Robbie Brennan at full-forward. Brennan impressed after coming on for the last 10 minutes of the replay and he holds a place at the expense of Colm Redmond.

His inclusion sees Pat Burke fall back to wing-forward alongside Peter Ward and Mick Dillon.

Once more, Eire Og mananger Pat Critchley has decided to start his erstwhile midfielder Garvan Ware in the half-forward line, another attempt to kick-start some sort of attacking consistency.

Tom Nolan now partners Jody Morrissey for a potentially crucial midfield duel against the Kilmacud pairing of John Costello and Maurice Leahy.

Unsurprisingly, given the overwhelmingly defensive nature of the two drawn games, both sets of backs remain untampered with. Around 10,000 are expected to attend the game, which takes place in Newbridge (2.15).
