AT FIRST glance the three flat races at Clonmel today do not look attractive betting propositions, but take a closer look and Sun Ballet looks worth following in the Comeragh Flat Race to initiate a John Kiely double.

The Dungarvan trainer is running Sun Ballet for the first time having taken her over from John Oxx, for whom she ran six times last year. The last of them was when fifth to Lord Jim at Leopardstown in August, but the best of them was probably when not beaten that far in fifth in the Curragh Cup on Derby day. On that sort of form she comfortably comes out best of today's field.

Movie Maid ran an eyecatching race when placed on her debut at Gowran and with normal improvement should go close to completing the Kiely double in the bumper.
