Meath will not be in a position to name their team until just before the start of Sunday's Leinster championship semi-final with Kildare.
The position for Sean Boylan and his selectors worsened last evening when three key players - Nigel Nestor, Nigel Crawford and Hank Traynor - were unable to train because of hamstring injuries. They will have fitness tests just after breakfast on Sunday morning.
Also doubtful are Ollie Murphy (hamstring), Cormac Murphy (ankle) and Enda McManus (ankle). Anthony Moyles, sent off against Westmeath, received a four-week ban last night from the GAA's Games Administration Committee.
Westmeath travel to the Gaelic Grounds for Saturday's All-Ireland qualifier clash against Limerick with one change from the side that beat Wexford in the first-round qualifier in Mullingar last weekend.
Fergal Wilson, who came on as a substitute last Saturday, comes in at right half forward with Joe Fallon moving to right corner in place of Martin Flanagan.
Sligo boss Peter Forde makes three changes, one enforced, for their match against Carlow. James Curran replaces Peter Walsh in goal, Padraig Doohan comes into the defence instead of Davin Durkin, while Kieran Quinn replaces the injured Rory Brennan in midfield.
In other suspensions imposed by the GAC last night, Westmeath's Damien Healey was handed a four-week ban along with Wexford's Tom Howlin arising from the qualifier between the counties in Wexford Park on June 9th. Wicklow's Colm Twomey, Longford's Padraig Davis and Donegal's Brian Roper have also received four-week bans.
Laois manager Colm Browne has been cautioned following his criticism of the referee after their championship match with Offaly.

Offaly made no mistake at the second attempt when they finished six-point winners against Westmeath - 2-12 to 19 - in the replay of the Leinster Junior football championship in Tullamore. Two first-half goals by Ciaran Grennan anchored the home side's win.
