Crystal Music, a two-length second to Imagine in the Entenmann's Irish 1,000 Guineas on Sunday, is to have her next outing in the Coronation Stakes at Royal Ascot on June 22nd.

John Gosden's filly was sent off the 9 to 2 favourite at the Curragh on the strength of her fourth place in the Sagitta 1,000 Guineas but failed to quicken when pressed by the winner in the closing stages.

Ameerat, who became Newmarket trainer Michael Jarvis's first British Classic winner when landing the 1,000 Guineas, is also on course to return to action at Royal Ascot. She is being aimed at the Coronation Stakes on June 22nd.

Jarvis enjoyed another bigrace success on Sunday when Morshdi, who carries the same colours as Ameerat, ran out the convincing winner of the Italian Derby and for his efforts earned connections a massive £412,000.

"It's amazing, it's the third richest prize of the year in Europe (after the Vodafone Derby and Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe)," said Jarvis.

Aidan O'Brien is quoted at 33 to 1 by bookmakers Cashmans to complete a clean sweep of the Irish Classics this season.

The Ballydoyle trainer has already won the Irish 2,000 and 1,000 Guineas with Black Minnaloushe and Imagine respectively, leaving the Budweiser Irish Derby, Kildangan Stud Irish Oaks and the Jefferson Smurfit Memorial Irish St Leger still to come.

Barry Hills has yet to finalise riding arrangements for his four Vodafone Derby challengers.

The Lambourn trainer is set to be represented by Chancellor, Storming Home, Perfect Sunday and Mr Combustible in the premier Classic.

"I've no idea at the moment who's going to ride what. They'll do a bit of work on Wednesday and Saturday. I don't really know which is the best. Perfect Sunday seems to be the popular one in the yard but we've all been wrong before."
