A look ahead to all the action this weekend:

DIVISION ONE

Belfast Harlequins v Buccaneers, Deramore Park. Essentially a relegation play-off. Quins hope to welcome explosive Irish under-20s centre Darren Cave and outhalf Niall O'Connor back into the fold as they attempt to avoid what seemed an inevitable drop into Division Two a few weeks back.

Referee: Dermot Moloney(Munster).

Verdict: Home win.

Dolphin v UL Bohemians, Musgrave Park. UL Bohemians must come away from Cork with a victory this afternoon to, firstly, keep their march to the play-offs on track and, secondly, reinforce their standing as genuine title contenders.

Referee: M Hermin(Ulster).

Verdict: Away win.

Galwegians v Dungannon, Crowley Park. Mathematically-speaking Dungannon can still make the semi-finals but defeat here will crush that aspiration.

Referee: D Courtney(Leinster).

Verdict: Away win.

Garryowen v Blackrock, Dooradoyle. Play-off contenders. The stats rarely lie. Blackrock have won seven out of 20 visits to Munster. They have the best offensive record in the league, 304 points and 42 tries, coupled with the worse defensive, 335 points and 48 tries. Less is more.

Referee: M Kilgore(Ulster).

Verdict: Home win.

Shannon v Lansdowne, Coonagh. The pressure is intensifying for the defending champions but that's when they tend to move through the gears.

Referee: D Wilkinson(Ulster).

Verdict: Home win.

St Mary's v Ballymena, Templeville Road. The visitors have never beaten St Mary's in Dublin while the hosts are in a decent run of form having won three of the last four games.

Referee: O Trevor(Munster).

Verdict: Home win.

Terenure v Clontarf, Lakelands. This has been a productive season for Terenure but the loss of player-coach James Blaney to a broken leg looks set to see Clontarf move a step closer to their fifth semi-final in six years.

Referee: A Lewis(Leinster).

Verdict: Away win.

UCD v Cork Constitution, Belfield Bowl. Victory here would ease the students' relegation worries and their chances have been bolstered by the return of four Grand Slam -winning under-20 internationals. Might not be enough though to beat the league's best team so far this season.

Referee: J Peak(Ulster)

Verdict: Away win.
