Madam, - In the past we Dubliners have been fortunate enough to have pieces of art and and design in the city such as the "Floozy in the Jacuzzi", the "Tart with the Cart", and other such nobly nicknamed works. It seems now that we may be even more culturally endowed with "Lopsided Livia", for our edification.
