Sir, - I wish to thank Nuala O'Faolain and The Irish Times for highlighting the suffering of the Philippine children.which gives the impression that he is more concerned with the image of the Philippine tourist industry than the plight of the children.
It was possible to have a nice holiday in South Africa during the apartheid era, and many did. But it was those who boycotted it that helped end such a system. Should we not do the same for the Philippine children? Yours, etc..
