A chara, – It is extremely concerning that Minister for Children Roderic O’Gorman is suggesting that less than six months in institutional care limits the long-term consequences of those who survived.
His assertion that a lack of conscious memories equates to a lack of psychological damage, is ridiculous, and suggests that attachment theory is not something he either appreciates or understands.
