Sir, – Setting aside our political persuasions, surely we should acknowledge the amount of work done by the Government during the last two years, coping with an unprecedented situation, while trying to balance the economy with the advice given by medical experts.
Some mistakes were made, which was inevitable, and perhaps restrictions may have to be reinstated, but for the moment let us enjoy our freedom and offer our sincere thanks to those in power for doing the best they could. – Yours, etc,
