Sir, – Could somebody in Revenue please enlighten me and many other customers on the extremely long delays in processing and releasing parcels from the UK into the An Post delivery system?
I paid duty on a package from the UK on the 10th of this month and have not received it to date. Apparently, it’s stuck in customs according to track and trace. Revenue was very busy pre-Brexit informing businesses in Ireland how to prepare for Brexit but they seem to have taken the eye off the ball themselves. – Yours, etc,
