Sir, - I agree with John O'Riordan's comments on the state of the Naas dual carriageway (March 24th).
In the midst of the array of golden daffodils, courtesy of and compliments to the Parks Department, South Dublin County Council, we are surrounded by litter. This, the main thoroughfare to the south of Ireland, is an embarrassment and a disgrace.
When will the powers that be, who are supposed to be responsible for this area, start to act?
