Sir, – Brian O'Connor (Sports, June 28th) declares that Novak Djokovic is "the first man to have won all four Slams twice".

Not so. Rod Laver won all four Slams on the two occasions he won his Grand Slams (1962 and 1969). – Yours, etc,
