Sir, – Yesterday marked the last day of milking at the Guinness family farm at Knockmaroon in Castleknock. Milk from there graced the breakfast table of the likes of Queen Victoria and presidents as well as that of the average Dubliner, but now over 100 years of tradition comes to an end. – Yours, etc,
