Sir, - I boarded a city-bound no. 16 bus at Harold's Cross on Sunday night (August 15th) at 10.10 p.m. The driver was male. I sat on the seat nearest the driver's cabin and I listened to a conversation between him and his control room on his two-way radio.

He was requesting the control room operator to contact the driver of another no. 16 bus coming from the city, which he anticipated to be in the vicinity of Harold's Cross at the time, to ask him to keep a look out for a 15-year-old female Spanish student, who had got off his bus in Harold's Cross, and who appeared a little disorientated at the time.
