Sir, – Given the nature of the current time of year, I would like to propose a challenge to TDs, Senators and civil servants associated with the Department of Transport. I challenge you all to get to and from work on public transport for a whole week.
If this seems ridiculous, the implications are obvious. If this seems plausible, the implications are ridiculous. Why not give it a try yourselves?
