Sir, – Is there anyone in the RTÉ management team who understands the fundamental relationship between the licence fee and the value they deliver to their audience? Saturday on a bank holiday weekend saw Kilnaskully (originally made in 2004) once again repeated, and Sunday night saw Mrs Brown’s Boys Christmas Special being showcased.
Is it any wonder that we question the value for the annual €160 licence fee? – Yours, etc,
