An article in the edition of February 15th, concerning the libel action by Denis O’Brien against the Irish Daily Mail, said that Mr O’Brien’s interview with Charlie Bird took up 12 minutes of RTÉ news broadcasts. In fact, while Mr O’Brien was interviewed for 12 minutes, his solicitors have pointed out that just over three minutes of it was broadcast.
