Moscow - President Boris Yeltsin, convalescing from an ulcer at a country sanatorium, made his second trip of the year to his Kremlin office yesterday. A Kremlin spokeswoman said he arrived at the Kremlin shortly after midday but gave no further details. Earlier, Mr Yeltsin held talks with the Prime Minister, Mr Yevgeny Primakov, and the presidential chief-of-staff, Mr Nikolai Bordyuzha, at the sanatorium.
