Cork 2-15 Waterford 2-15:Tony Browne's late intervention earned Waterford another crack at the Munster hurling title as Cork were pegged back at Semple Stadium this evening. With Waterford trailing by three points, Browne slammed home the rebound after Eoin Kelly's free was blocked on the Cork line.

A pedestrian affair in Thurles sparked into life after the break with goals in quick succession for Aisake O hAilpin and Ben O'Connor putting the Rebels in the driving seat.

But a blistering effort from Kelly dragged Waterford back into the contest and they went into injury-time needing a goal. When Davy Fitzgerald’s side won a close-range free, Kelly fired in a low shot the came back off the foot of a Cork defender.

And Browe nipped in ahead of Kelly and a static Cork defence to fire home and force the replay, which is expected to take place next Saturday in Thurles.
