A total of 1,711 public disorder incidents were recorded across Northern Ireland from 6 a.m. on July 4th to 6 a.m. on July 9th, according to the RUC. These included:

50 police officers injured 125 people arrested

501 attacks on members of the security forces including 14 shooting incidents and 29 blast bombings

509 petrol bombings

1,687 petrol bombs recovered

154 hijackings

317 vehicles damaged

116 houses damaged

114 other buildings attacked

From 6 a.m. on July 4th to 6 a.m. on July 8th, 156 plastic bullets were fired by police.
