A man has died in an overnight road accident on the Glenpark Road near Omagh, Co. Tyrone.
He was named this morning as Mr Andrew Baxter (70), from Omagh.
The incident happened at about 10.20 p.m. last night when the man was struck by the car near the Slieve na mBan nursing home.
Elsewhere, a second person has died in hospital resulting from a road accident in Derry city.

The death of the 75-year-old woman follows that of her 79-year-old husband, who died earlier following an accident on the Victoria Road.
