Two men have been arrested and €100,000 seized as part of a Garda operation against drug trafficking and money laundering in Dublin.
The money was recovered after officers from the Garda National Drugs Unit stopped and searched a vehicle in west Dublin yesterday evening.
A man in his 30s was arrested at the scene. A second man in his 60s was arrested later in Kildare as part of a follow-up operation.
Both suspects are being held at Blanchardstown Garda station under section two of the Drug Trafficking Act.
