ANKARA - Turkish navy ships are to visit northern Cyprus this week in a show of solidarity with the breakaway Turkish-Cypriot state, Turkey's military chief, General Ismail Hakki Karadayi, said yesterday before talks with the visiting Turkish-Cypriot leader, Mr Rauf Denktash.
