A teenager died early today after jumping from a moving minibus, gardaí said.
The 18-year man was fatally injured in Naas, Co Kildare, after he leapt from the vehicle.
Local gardaí are investigating the incident which occurred at Jigginstown at 3.30am.
The victim, who was a passenger and returning from a night out, was later pronounced dead at Naas General Hospital.
He is the 232nd person to die on the State's roads this year.
