A simple, innocent little puzzler, Bubble Trubble seems to be aspiring to be the next Tetris. It works like this: clumps of bubbles fall into a tank and you have to match the bubbles that have common colours. When enough bubbles of the same colour connect, they join together and burst with a satisfying “pop”. This is a quaint, eminently playable little title with simple menus and game concept. It might prove a little too simple for some, but for this gamer, it was an endearing little game, though the less said about the ostensibly zany music, the better. Bubble is free for Playstation-Plus subscribers (and almost free for others); so needless to say, it’s worth a punt.
