Sudan clashes raise questions over pact

KHARTOUM - South Sudanese and Sudanese forces clashed in a border area yesterday, the Sudanese military said, in the latest violence to put a recently signed non-aggression pact into question. Relations have plunged after talks failed to halt an oil dispute. - (Reuters)
